- Sent directly to the Omarchy Discord.
- The community helps diagnose and fix the problem, a room full of people who want the newcomer to succeed.
- What they learn flows back, helping the team ship a new release quickly.
A failed install is the worst first moment a product can have. Omarchy decided where that moment leads.
Anyone whose install fails is now sent directly to the Omarchy Discord. DHH says the community helps diagnose and fix the problem, and the fixes help the team ship a new release quickly. The failure path has an owner, and the owner is a room full of people who want the newcomer to succeed.
This is community as the routing layer. The error does not end in a dead end or a generic help page. It ends with people, and what they learn flows back into the product.
